When you bring your puppy home you will be starting months of potty breaks, first very frequently then less frequently as your puppy’s body matures.
Here is a sample schedule:

7:30 Puppy has played, been fed, and offered another potty break directly after eating.
8:00 puppy has eaten, relieved themselves, played and is placed in it’s playpen with a pacifier.
8:30 puppy is sleeping, do not wake sleeping puppy!
9:15 Puppy wakes up, and is immediately taken outside.
9:45 Puppy is offered another potty break, and playtime outside.
10:00 Puppy is placed in it’s playpen with a pacifier and left alone to rest. Puppy is provided with a litter box because it will be alone for 4 hours.
2:00 Puppy has chewed it’s pacifier, napped, and is now awake and taken outside for potty break. Litter box is put away for later use.
2:15 Puppy is buddy leashed to a Responsible person, who offered potty breaks every 30 minutes until 5:00.
5:00 Puppy is placed in its playpen for a nap and pacifier chew while family eats dinner. Litter Box is provided.
6:00 Puppy is taken outside for potty break followed by playtime outdoors.
7:00 Puppy is confined in the living area with the family, potty breaks offered every 30 minutes until bedtime.
11:00 Puppy is offered final potty break and placed in the overnight crate.
Of course, this is just a general guide your particular situation will be unique, as will individual days.
Just remember a few guidelines.
1. Offer scheduled potty breaks frequently at first (Week1: 30 minutes, Week 2: Every 45 Minutes, Week 3: Every hour, and week 4 “on demand” if previous weeks have gone well and accidents are few
2. Do not wake a sleeping puppy unless you are leaving home. Instead wait for the puppy to wake, and then immediately take them outside.
3. Be sure to follow the potty routine as often as possible.
